Although our build process takes just 1–2 weeks, total fulfillment times vary depending on our production queue. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering so we can discuss availability.

Yes. We deliver across the UK and the Crown Dependencies, and to the Republic of Ireland.

UK mainland:
Pallet delivery, usually next-day once your order is built
£300 (inc. VAT, packaging & insurance)
Price may vary depending on the number of items in your shipment

Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man:
Pallet delivery with a surcharge that depends on the destination. Northern Ireland moves under the Windsor Framework, so a customs declaration may be required; we arrange this with the carrier.

Yes. Jersey, Guernsey and the Republic of Ireland, with no UK VAT charged.

These destinations are outside the UK VAT area, so your order is zero-rated. The price is lower than the UK equivalent, but local tax and the carrier's clearance fee are payable when the goods arrive:

• Jersey: GST at 5% on the goods value, plus the carrier's clearance fee.
• Guernsey: any local duty or tax that applies, plus the carrier's clearance fee.
• Republic of Ireland: Irish VAT at 23%, plus the carrier's clearance fee.

Deliveries here take a few days longer than the mainland because of the crossing and customs clearance. For anywhere else, send us your address and we will quote the shipping first.

Yes! It’s free to collect and we are always happy to meet our customers. Make sure you select ‘Collection’ when submitting your order, we will then inform you when your order is completed and you can make an appointment to collect.

Our collection appointment times are between:

The installation of our furniture can be carried out by yourself (we highly advise two people to fit and install our larger products) and at our workshop for an additional cost. Once your item has been manufactured, we will contact you to arrange installation.

We manufacture our products from sustainable birch ply.
