At Cybavans, we design and CNC-manufacture high-quality, modular campervan furniture right here in our UK workshop. Because our products are precision-built to order, please review our production timelines, delivery methods, and collection guidelines below before completing your order.
Built to Order: All flat-pack kits, pods, and modular furniture systems are manufactured to your exact specifications. Current Lead Times: Our standard manufacturing lead time is currently 8–10 weeks from the date of cleared payment. Updates: We will keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process and contact you directly as your build nears completion to arrange a specific delivery date or collection slot.
We offer secure freight and courier options to ensure your furniture arrives safely. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
For fully assembled pods, large modular systems, and heavy items, we utilise a specialist UK pallet freight service to prevent transit damage.
Cost: Standard mainland UK pallet delivery is £300(Inc. VAT). This flat rate includes heavy-duty protective packaging and transport insurance. Delivery Window: Once dispatched from our workshop, pallet delivery is typically a next-day service across most of the UK mainland.
For smaller parts, accessories, or compact flat-pack components, we use tracked parcel couriers (such as DPD or DHL). These charges will be calculated dynamically at checkout.
Because pallet deliveries involve heavy freight vehicles, please ensure you can meet the following conditions: Kerbside Delivery: Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. Drivers are legally and operationally restricted from carrying items into your home, workshop, or vehicle. Access Requirements: Delivery vehicles can be large (up to 18-tonne lorries). You must ensure that the delivery address has adequate, unobstructed clearance for a large vehicle to approach and unload safely. Attendance: Someone must be present on the scheduled delivery day to receive and sign for the goods. Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails because no one is present, or because the location is inaccessible to heavy freight, a re-delivery charge will be issued by the courier and must be paid before a second attempt is made.
We always welcome customers who prefer to collect their furniture directly from us.
Cost: Completely Free. How to Choose: Select the 'Collection' option at checkout instead of shipping. By Appointment Only: Once your furniture is fully manufactured, we will reach out to arrange a dedicated collection appointment.

We take immense pride in our engineering quality and packaging, but freight transit can occasionally be unpredictable. Inspect Immediately: You must visually inspect the pallet/packaging and the goods immediately upon delivery or collection. Signing for Damaged Freight: If the packaging shows any signs of damage, you must sign for the delivery as "DAMAGED" with the courier driver. If it is severely damaged, you have the right to refuse the delivery. Reporting Window: Any structural damage, transit defects, or component shortages must be reported to Cybavans within 48 hours of receipt. Please email us with your order number and clear photographic evidence of both the packaging and the damage. Liability Limits: We cannot accept liability for transit damage if the goods were signed for in "good condition" with the courier, or if the damage is reported after the 48-hour inspection window.
If you are ordering from outside the UK mainland (including the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Europe, or worldwide), shipping rates are not calculated automatically at checkout.
