CybaVans – Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from CybaVans. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return, or request a refund in line with UK and EU consumer legislation.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
- If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is fine) before the 14-day period expires.
- You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
2. Returns & Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and components included.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
- Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are non-returnable (unless faulty or not as described):
- Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products (e.g. bespoke van furniture, flooring cut to size).
- Goods that have been installed, modified, or used.
- Sale or clearance items (if stated at point of sale).
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- We will arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund (including shipping costs).
- After 30 days, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

- Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few working days for funds to appear in your account.
